The Brief: This task looked at incorporating typography into images and illustrations. For this I decided to look at the well known children's book 'The Jungle Book'. Here I used traditional and digital methods to incorporate the type into my illustrations working on creating balance and harmony between the two.
The second brief looking at book covers challenged us to create one house style and apply this to different book designs to make a continuous series. For this experimentation I chose the book 'Lord of the Flies' by William Golding to explore with my design choices.
